Provincial House completion

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our latest student accommodation project.

Located in the St Vincent's Quarter, Sheffield the development provides studio and apartments (107 beds in total) in three new build blocks and the listed Provincial House, a former Presbytery.  In addition, there are common areas such as a gym, cinema room, work rooms and common areas located in the former chapel.

Empiric was the Client and Clegg Construction the Contractor.
