Sheffield Hallam University - Simulated Hospital Ward

This project was established to create a realistic hospital setting to be used as part of the University's nursing and midwifery schools, allowing for a range of training scenarios.

Mascot were appointed as Cost Managers, responsible for preparing tender documentation, including detailed Bill of Quantities. 

Mascot then went on to manage the tender process and provide post-contract cost management support throughout the project to agreeing the final account.
