There is an increasing demand for all types of residential accommodation whether it is for University students or Extra Care facilities for the elderly. Our role is to help the Developer deliver the project to meet the specification whilst mitigating risk of cost amnd programme increases.

Our experience and expertise covers a range of residential schemes from planning through to construction including management services on Extra Care Housing and student and private accommodation schemes utilising a wide range of different building systems such as traditional concrete frame, timber frame and lightweight steel structures. We have also utilised off site fabrication for components to progress delivery of the construction as quickly as possible.
We will use our extensive cost data base to advise on build costs at an early stage and develop a project strategy that minimises your risk. Utilising our construction management skills and experience we can advise on programme and construction issues to help speedy delivery of the project completion.
