Our construction management experience enables us to offer independent and professional advice on construction matters to Developers and Contractors, ranging from bid and design management, construction method statements for discharge of planning conditions through to construction programming, progress monitoring and procurement of work packages.
We are experienced in undertaking the role of design and bid managers for major national Building Contractors. In addition we have also provided programming resource to a national Contractor to assist them on a phased major shopping centre.
Construction method statements have been provided for a number of Developers where there has been a requirement to discharge a planning condition relating to construction access and approach, prior to the start of works on site.
