Mascot Management were appointed by St Paul's Developments as Employers Agent on a new business park in Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham.

Brookfields Park is on the site of the old Manvers Colliery. The works comprised three contracts

• Access Road and Infrastructure works
• 175,000ft² warehouse with offices
• 100,000ft² print works
