Site development of 33 houses, a mix of semi-detached and detached for general sale.

The works included the construction of 33 houses, together with the access road to the development and all associated external works surrounding the dwellings.

Mascot's role of Monitoring Surveyor included providing an initial development review prior to works commencing on site which confirmed the viability of the scheme and once works had commenced on site, monthly site visits, followed by review of information provided by the developer to ensure processes for construction were in place.
