Conversion and refurbishment of a listed property, together with the construction of 3 new buildings into a mix of studios and apartments.

The listed property, known as Provincial House, was originally a Presbytery and more latterly an office building which extended over five floors as well as a small two storey chapel building.  The development involved the conversion and refurbishment of the entire property into 24 units together with the conversion of three new buildings in the grounds to provide a further 83 units, bringing the total to 107 beds in a mix of studio and apartments. Also included were communal areas, consisting of a central courtyard, gymnasium, cinema room, work rooms and general common areas.
