The Glass Yard, Chesterfield
A new industrial style, two storey commercial development on Sheffield Road.
The development consists of a mixutre of office and leisure uses with a total gross internal area of 4,750m2 over 30 units of varying sizes with associated parking. The office units were designed to have an industrial style appearance incorporating a steel portal frame, concrete finishes, cement board walls and exposed services.
The project was part funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Jessica Programme, Mascot completed tender and cost reporting in line with OJEU and EDRF Public Procurement requirements.
