David is a Senior Quantity Surveyor and has over 35 years experience in consultancy, contracting and with the public sector.

David’s extensive experience includes a range of projects up to £80m in value. His expertise is managing QS teams and using the latest computer techniques in the production of reports, tender documentation (using variety of procurement methods) and financial reports.
