Matt Clay MRICS

Matt is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Mascot Management, his wide ranging experience covers different sectors including industrial, retail, education, healthcare and residential.

Matt's expertise includes contractual practice, cost planning, measurement software, tender analysis and cost reporting.  Matt graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management.
