Tim Laycock

Tim is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years in the construction industry.

Joining Mascot in April 2019, Tim previously worked for a leading international consultancy managing a wide range of projects from sectors including education, healthcare, government and local authority.  Tim brings his extensive knowledge of managing projects from early stakeholder engagement, design coordination, programme and contract management.

Acting as the clients representative or contract administrator Tim has managed both JCT and NEC contracts extensively.
